Adam - 12 to 14 mpg - see comments above.
jb - That's a good mod for the money.
Athanasios - Just because you're adding the supercharger doesn't mean you'll lose a transmission - the 6 speed was designed for the power the supercharger produces. As for performance with a lift kit, I would imagine it will be all you can do to keep it on the road at full throttle.

O7 Tundra DCab 4X4 6 inch lift on 35s. What kind of performance should I expect with the S/C and what about the warranty also have the extended warranty when I lose the transmission?

YOU WANT TO ADD CHEAP PONIES TO YOUR 5.7 TUNDRA TRY THIS.TAKE THE PILIMINAY FILTER OUT OF THE AIR BOX,IF YOUR CAREFULL YOU CAN DO IT WITHOUT BREAKING IT IN CASE YOU WANT TO REINSTALL IT.THEN REPLACE THE STOCK FILTER WITH A K&N OR A TRD FILTER.IT TAKES THE AIR SENSOR AND COMPUTER ABOUT 300 MILES TO AJUST FOR THE CHANGE BUT A NOTICABLE CHANGE IN POWER AND IT ADDS A LITTLE MORE WITHOUT BEING TO NOISEY.I HAVE DONE THIS TWICE AND IT WORKS AND FOR $75 ITS CHEAP POWER TRUST ME.

Why is it that I've read all these testimonial blogs stating that everyone is getting Ford type mileage out of their Tundra's. I have an 08 Crewmax Limited; I've had Ferds Shivvys and Dodges in the past that don't even come close to the mileage; performance or handling. I will say though that if your not easier on it than drivin the old gutless Domestics then yes you will see a drastic decrease in economy. I suggest to anyone who wants good mileage especially on long road trips just let the little woman drive.

As for the SuperCharger; watch your "Extended warranties"; also you must install basically all performance accessories to get the performance and economy you desire. TRD Exaust/Throttle Body Spacer/Cold Air Intake and Performance Chip programming.

I just put the 5.7 supercharger on my single cab 07 tundra. Dyno tested at 507bhp @ 5600 RPM. It sucks gas b/c I tend to have a lead foot in town. On a good day I might get 14 pg. But I killed a chevy silverado ss in a run by 2 links. Turning heads in town. Its worth the almost 6 grand spent.

Craig - The best way to increase MPG is to drive slower. Acceleration and high speeds KILL mileage, so if you drive like a "little old lady" you'll get better mileage. Otherwise, intake, exhaust, and a tonneau cover have all been shown to improve MPG - just not enough to justify their expense by themselves. Also, the official Toyota labor guide states that the supercharger takes 9 hours to install. If your local dealership charges about $100 an hour, it should cost about $900 to install. If your dealer quotes you more, it's either because they have a higher labor rate (very common) or because they're charging more than 9 hours. An extra hour or two is OK in my opinion (9 hours isn't enough unless you've installed at least one beforehand), but much more is unacceptable. The dealership's parts department is making a few hundred in profit, so the service department can afford to charge you a normal labor time.

I have an 08 5.7 tundra, and I have added the Volant intake. It made a little difference, but not as much as I anticipated. I was thinking of the supercharger, even though the $400 I just spent on the Volant would go down the drain. Out of curosity, does anyone know what the supercharger does to the MPG. Right now, I am only getting about 14.5 MPG, which sucks!!!! Also, what other MODs can I do to get an increase in HP. I looked at heads, but not sure what type of impact they will have. I read that the factory heads and exhaust are really good.
