At the 5000 mile oil change they replaced my driveshaft because of a bad 'clunk'. When I just went back at for the third oil change at 13,800 miles they had to replace my front differential due to a vibration upon deceleration. Toyota bought an extended warranty for 7 years & 100,000 miles on the power train. No cost to me. I was told these components were built by US suppliers and their quality control was bad...so Toyota is making good on the bad quality of American made parts. I've also had the JBL system replaced twice and the rubber strips on both sides of the roof line blow off in car washes. Kinda feel like I bought an expensive Dodge Truck. Runs real good. Has about 5,000 miles on it (dealer parts truck). He uses it to tow, back country, etc. Seems real nice, lots of power. He no longer drives his jeep.
