Jason - I can't say for sure that the Cargo Divider won't work with the Duracover, but I'm 90% about it. The reason is that the Duracover anchors to the deck rails. I would say that you could leave the dividers in place and then install the tonneau, but I can't say for sure that you'd be able to adjust the dividers very much. Anyone out their know for sure?

Thanks for posting the detailed information on installing the Duracover. One question I have is whether or not the Duracover will interfere with other Toyota accessories that use the Toyota deck rail system. For example, can you still use the Toyota Cargo Divider accessory (which slides in the deck rails) with the Duracover closed? I called Durakon, and they said that you couldn't use the accessories, but I'm still wondering since it looks like there might be clearance.

Thanks,
Jason
