		<description>Good article, but I was surprised that none of the disadvantages (Other than lack of DOT permission) were mentioned.
How difficult are they to mount?  What is the effect of the extra rotational weight on performance, fuel economy?  How difficult are they to obtain and keep wheel balance?</description>
