Then you feel nothing. Lets make it Vicodin with a side of Steak, Medium. A Nurse gave me a dose of Vicodin on an empty Stomach once. That hurt worse than the operation. It did not, however, hurt worse than the Cath they forgot to mention they gave me while in surgery and removed moments before I woke up. I decided it was time to go pee in my half drugged state. There isn't enough drugs in the world to counter that pain. Vicodin on an empty stomach will make you regret breathing, until it kicks in. Then you feel nothing.
