We spent a fast 27 hours in Las Vegas this week for the 2014 SEMA show. With a mandate to take as many pictures of cool Toyota Tundra pickups as we could, here is what we found.
Every year, the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) show in Las Vegas, NV has a large collection of seriously modified and cool trucks. What if you had a chance to buy one? Now you do!
Toyota has teamed up with DC Shoes and West Coast Customs to create the Ultimate Motocross Truck. The truck was built using a Toyota Tundra full-size pickup and was introduced at the 2011 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The modifications on this custom Tundra were made with the Motocross rider in mind and will allow it to conquer the roughest terrain.
West Coast Customs took a Tundra Double Cab 4WD with the 5.7 liter V8 and six-speed automatic transmission and built-in an array of modifications. The truck also has the standard Tundra bed and is a Flex Fuel vehicle. The modifications begin with a suspension lift by Camburg Racing ups its total ground clearance while shocks by Fox Racing and General 35 x 12.5 x 18 inch tires mounted to KMC 18 x 9 inch wheels give it superior balance and stability.
